Smith Fourie One Loft
The Loft is situated on the Farm “Houghamdale” at Golden Valley – Eastern Cape, South Africa. It started as a small One Loft to attract local fanciers and to give back to charity. We host a Charity Gholf day with a Auction of the pigeons in the loft for a special charity race. We have grown over the past couple of years, and now include fanciers from all over the country. We are also a fund-raising loft for our Union (Karoo Wedvlug Unie) and our Club.

Smith Fourie OLR Race 4 300km, Karoo Hokke took the win, while Gerdie Landman topped the Velocity News Fancier of the Race and Eddie Ferreira topped the Follow Up Ranking. Team Phillips takes Pigeon of the Week to round out the week.

Race 3 Groblershoop 565km, Team Phillips claimed the win and swept both the Velocity News Fancier of the Race and Pigeon of the Week, edging out Austin Powers and JJ Botha on the podium, while Eddie Ferreira topped the Follow Up Ranking ahead of Jordaan & De Beer and Bruce Lord.
